📝 Responsibilities:

HuaYing Plastic is seeking a talented R&D Compounding Engineer to lead material formulation and testing at our Bac Giang compounding plant. Oversee formula optimization for flame-retardant resins, glass-fiber reinforced compounds (PA66-GF, PC/ABS, PP), and provide technical injection-molding solutions for global 3C electronics and automotive clients.

🎯 Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Engineering - 3+ years hands-on experience in engineering plastic compounding formulation - Proficient in operating twin-screw extruders and analyzing MFI, Izod/Charpy impact, tensile, and RoHS parameters - Fluent in English or Chinese is a strong advantage

Responsible for IQC (incoming raw materials), IPQC (compounding process inspection), and OQC (finished pellet release) across HuaYing manufacturing plants. Ensure polymer physical properties strictly comply with ISO 9001:2008 and RoHS/REACH standards.

🎯 Requirements:

- College degree or higher in Chemistry, Materials Science, or Quality Engineering - 2+ years experience in plastic resin quality inspection - Skilled in operating spectrophotometer colorimeters, MFI testers, moisture analyzers, and tensile testing apparatus - Good communication skills; English or Chinese capability is preferred

- Technical diploma or vocational high school certificate - 1+ year hands-on experience in plastic compounding or masterbatch extrusion - Diligent, detail-oriented, willing to follow 5S workshop standards

Develop and expand B2B client accounts across foreign injection molding manufacturers (3C electronics, automotive parts, appliances, industrial packaging). Promote HuaYing modified plastic resins, coordinate technical sampling, mold trials, and secure supply agreements.

🎯 Requirements:

- Bachelor's or associate degree in Business, Marketing, Chemical Materials, or Foreign Languages - 1+ year experience in B2B sales (plastics, chemicals, or manufacturing supply chain) - Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; fluent in English or Chinese
