4-STAGE QUALITY CONTROL PROCESS

Incoming Material QC (IQC)
Verifying MFR, moisture, specific gravity, and ash content before accepting raw resins.
STEP 02
In-Process QC (IPQC)
Hourly sampling for Delta E color, pellet shape, melt pressure, and temperature profiles.
STEP 03
Lab Property Testing (FQC)
Molding ASTM test bars for tensile, Izod impact, hardness, flammability, and EDXRF screening.
STEP 04
Outgoing QA & COA (OQA)
Verifying bag sealing and batch lots. Every shipment is accompanied by batch Certificate of Analysis (COA).
